As a quilter and fabric designer, I love having a stash of fabrics in a variety of colors and textures.
Several years ago I discovered that I could make my own fabric stash by using natural plants, flowers and extracts to create a rainbow of colors. I quickly became OBSESSED!
Having an organized wet studio allows me to have fun experimenting, with everything I need close at hand.
Let me show you how I've organized my dye studio so you can get some ideas for setting up your own space for dyeing fabrics and fibers. Setting up your own dye space is so much easier than you may think!
Would you like to learn more about natural fabric/fiber dyeing?
Join me for a free class on turning Flowers to Fabric where I'll walk you through how quick and easy it is to get started creating your own stash of fabric and yarn using plants and flowers. Learn more about my Flowers to Fabric class here.
I'd love to hear from you! Have you done much fabric dyeing or tried dyeing fabric from home? I'd love to hear any tips around how you've set up your space -- leave a comment below!

I signed up for this class and was REALLY looking forward to it……………and of course, I now have a conflict and will not be able to attend…………..will you be offering it again or recording it? I am just sick that I can’t do this!
Thank you Shannon I’m going to make me a design wall.
