What is Scrappy Appliqué?

Scrappy Applique is a fun & simple raw-edge appliqué quilting technique developed by me, Shannon Brinkley. 

Using fusibles, you collage scrap fabric to create a unique, mosaic appearance in the appliqué piece. It is very quick and easy to pick up, and allows for a lot of creative possibilities! You can totally do this technique, I promise.

There are a lot of different ways to learn the technique. You could grab the book, take the online class, and/or pick up a printed or digital Scrappy Appliqué pattern.
